Prior to training as a lawyer, Victoria served as a Logistics Officer in the RAF, leading and managing large operational teams and projects around the world. This unusual combination of skillsets gives her a unique ability to blend her expertise in employment law with organisational reality to achieve the desired results for individual and corporate clients. She has specialised in employment law since 2006.
Victoria has a commercial and solution focused approach with a particular passion for assisting with successful, people focused organisational change management and promoting high performance through effective and fair people management. She supports clients in resolving employment issues, managing change, negotiating severance packages for senior executives and she undertakes complex discrimination cases.
She is valued for commercial, honest, straightforward and energetic commitment to her work and her authentic style has allowed her build loyal and wide reaching relationships which she places great value on and, as a result, most of her work is from word of mouth referrals.
Victoria is also a CIPD-qualified HR professional, practising coach, trainer, author and non-executive director.
