This is a particularly useful service in respect of work which it is often not cost effective for US and City law firms to undertake – such as advice on settlement agreements, employment tribunal litigation or due diligence.
This service works as, whilst we do not compete in the same market as City and US law firms, we do have expertise and experience which is well regarded and recognised, and which allows those firms to refer work to us with confidence knowing that we will not to seek to “poach” any client introduced to us.
The hourly rates are extremely competitive and we are happy to agree fixed fees for projects and simple employment tribunal claims.

- Corporate support and employment related due diligence
- Providing independent advice to conflicted senior executives
- Advice on individual and group settlement agreements
A recent example of our work with another law firm involved advising the management team of a target business in respect of their new Service Agreements and incentive terms to stay with the acquirer, which was being separately advised by a City law firm.
